New Location near Pleasure Point, New Herbal offerings, & Holiday Specials
In case you haven't heard, I’ve moved to a new location! I now have my own treatment sanctuary, with lovely natural lighting, a peaceful soft magical space filled with my new herbal products, and I will soon be serving my custom teas when you come see me! It is near beautiful Pleasure Point, at the corner of 26th and Portola, behind Cole's Barbeque restaurant: 770 26th Avenue, Suite A. I have adjusted my hours to treat Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and some Saturdays.
If you have not had the pleasure of one of my treatments, I am offering 20% off Acupuncture treatments through Christmas, even if you've come to see me before! And 40% off Gift Certificates! You can also schedule a free 20 minute consultation at my new treatment space to see how I can support you in your wellness needs.
"I've had a lot of acupuncture, it's always helped, but never on the foundational level. My last treatment with Jeannine was life changing! I thought I would always have neck pain, but after one treatment, the neck pain was gone and hasn't come back!"
-Jane Farrar, Santa Cruz
"Pocean, you are a miracle worker! My back feels a thousand times better since our session yesterday. Thank you!"
-Kim Guiley, Doula (during her Third Trimester of Pregnancy), Santa Cruz CA
Rebirth of an Herbalist
Six years ago I laid my inner Western herbalist aside to focus on Chinese herbs – burying myself in over 300 new herbs and over 80 herbal formulas. This summer I returned to my Western Herbalism roots. Once a month, I journeyed to the Sierra Foothills to apprentice with Kathi Keville, a nationally renown herbalist, author, and teacher at her Green Medicine Herb School.
You may or may not know that my herbal background prior to Chinese Medicine was in Western and Ayurvedic herbalism and flower essences. In the past I have apprenticed with Candice Canton at Evergreen Herb School back in 2002, and with Daren Huckle LAc at his Roots of Wellness school in Santa Cruz. Working with Kathi this summer allowed me to spread my herbal wings, awaken my inner herbalist, and integrate my knowledge of Western, Ayurvedic and Eastern herbalism into a fresh, exciting, creative form of custom made projects and products you all get to benefit from.
Here are a few of my new Products!

Recently, she blended a third-trimester tea that I picked up- its yummy goodness makes me increasingly grateful for her with each sip." -Kaylin DeDiana, Yoga Instructor, New Mother, Santa Cruz
